r. Elissa Zelman
is a
clinical psychologist who works with adolescents and adults and specializes
in eating disorders. She received
specialized eating disorder training at the Institute of Living Hospital in Hartford , CT.
She later developed and directed the Eating Disorder Recovery
Center in Washington DC .
After moving to NY in 1998, she began working at CEDAR Associates and
opened the Scarsdale
branch in 2002, where she currently remains as the director.

tacey Schulman is a registered dietitian who started her career
by earning a bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in
human development and family studies from Cornell University.
She completed her dietetic internship at the NewYork Weill
Cornell Medical
Center, and earned a master’s degree
in clinical nutrition from New
York University,
where she was awarded a fellowship. She then went on to work as a clinical
nutritionist at Columbia Presbyterian
Medical Center and Morgan Stanley’s Children’s
Hospital. In addition, she has been an
adjunct faculty member of the Beth Israel School of Nursing, published in
Today’s Dietitian and Diabetes Self Management, and has lectured to consumers
and peers locally. She has been an active member of the Greater New York
Dietetic Association and currently serves as its Public Relations Chair.
Stacey is now in private practice in Manhattan,
in addition to being a member of the CEDAR Associates team.
